Authentic Thai Chef
Jaew, who has been working as a Thai Chef in the UK for 14 years, is now the head chef of Bangkok Brasserie.
He has work experience cooking in 5-Star Hotel in Thailand (The Regent, Cha-am and Golden Sand Beach, Cha-am).
Also, he worked as a Chef in Chantek (Cornwall), Tamnak Thai (London), Street Thai (Brighton), Giggling Squid (Hove), Raigate (Horsham), Siam Cottage (Shemford) and Lemongrass (Crawley)
Using Fresh Ingredients
To serve the best food, fresh ingredients are important. Our chef selects the best ingredients daily. To keep our dishes authentic, we use some ingredients imported from Thailand. This adds the great flavour of our home country.
